Hey, I’m Sigal — certified nutrition coach, pescatarian since 2012, and forever food lover 🍣🥦

I am married and have 3 adult kids, a cat (Natasha), and a dog (Bono).

After almost 30 years as a teacher 🍎, I finally followed my dream: helping women feel confident, energized, and at peace with food.

For decades, I poured my heart into teaching — guiding, encouraging, and watching others grow. But somewhere along the way, I realized I wanted to help women in a different way — one that nourishes from the inside out.

I’ve been hearing from so many women lately who say they’re doing all the “right” things — eating healthy, staying active — yet still feel stuck. Low energy. Bloated. Just… blah.

And I get it. I’ve been there too.

That’s why I created this space — a home for real talk, simple tips, colorful recipes, and honest conversations about creating habits that actually last. 🌿
