I’m Sigal – a certified nutrition coach in Los Angeles, and the woman behind the Calm Metabolism Method™.

The weekly dinner menus are pescatarian and plant-forward. If you eat meat, the templates still work – you can swap proteins easily.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account any time. You’ll keep access through the end of your current billing month.
