How much does the 30-day program cost?
Investment is shared on the discovery call, once we’ve confirmed it’s the right fit for your body and goals.

What’s the difference between this and a meal plan or app?
A meal plan tells you what to eat for one week.
An app tracks numbers. The Calm Metabolism Method™ teaches you how your specific body – at this stage of hormones, with your schedule and food preferences – responds to food, timing, and habits.
By the end of 30 days, you might not need me, an app, or a printed plan. You know how to feed yourself.
Do I have to give up the foods I love?
No. Restriction is the reason most diets fail at midlife.
We work with the foods you actually eat – including wine, coffee, bread, chocolate, and dinners out –
and adjust how and when, not whether.
I’m vegetarian / pescatarian / dairy-free / gluten-free. Will this work?
Yes. The method is plant-forward by design, and I personally follow a pescatarian, plant-forward way of eating.
So the meal frameworks are built to flex around how you already eat.
How is this different from working with a dietitian or doctor?
I’m a certified nutrition coach, not a clinician – so I don’t diagnose or prescribe.
What I do is translate the metabolic and hormonal shifts of midlife into practical, daily food choices.
Many of my clients work with me alongside their doctor or functional medicine practitioner.
What if I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked?
That’s most of the women who book a call with me.
