Hi, I’m Sigal – a certified nutrition coach, former teacher, and mom of three.
I work with women 35+ who are tired of dieting, tired of thinking about food all day,
and tired of feeling like their body isn’t cooperating anymore.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not broken – and you’re not doing anything wrong.
My Story
For years, I believed that “healthy eating” meant control:
tracking, restricting, and constantly trying to get it right.
Even though I knew the science, food often felt stressful instead of supportive.
My energy dipped, my digestion felt off, and I didn’t trust myself around food anymore.
Everything shifted when I stopped trying to force my body into someone else’s plan,
and learned how to nourish my body in a way that felt balanced, flexible, and calm.
That’s the approach I now teach my clients.
My Philosophy
