Hi, I’m Sigal - a certified nutrition coach, former teacher, and mom of three.
For years, I chased what “healthy” was supposed to look like - counting, restricting, overthinking every bite.
And even though I knew all the “right” things, food often felt like a source of stress, not support.
Everything changed when I learned how to eat in a way that actually felt good - balanced, flexible, and peaceful. 🌿
Now, I help women rebuild their relationship with food so they can feel energized, confident, and free — without rules, guilt, or overwhelm.
